We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Development to lead our development team. Personar has developed an AI-driven data enrichment platform that is used by sports organizations, with a core focus around speech-to-text technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, Angular and MongoDB as well as a strong understanding of machine learning capabilities, along with proven leadership in scaling software teams and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team, driving innovation and best practices

Oversee the development and scaling of the platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals

Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of solutions for existing and new customers

Stay on top of the latest technologies in AI, speech-to-text, and cloud infrastructure
Requirements:

Proven experience in building and leading a development team
