Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our AI-driven data enrichment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for Node.js applications and MongoDB-based systems

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on integrations and machine learning microservices

Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues, ensuring timely resolutions

Collaborate with developers to improve product quality and provide feedback during all stages of development

Automate testing where appropriate and ensure test coverage is maximized

Ensure product releases meet the highest standards of reliability and functionality
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software testing and QA

Familiarity with AI systems is a plus, particularly around speech-to-text

Experience in writing and executing automated tests

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
