Pre-Sales Engineer

Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in presenting and delivering AI-powered data enrichment solutions to sports organizations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring that prospective clients understand the value of our solutions and how they can be integrated into their operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and present tailored technical solutions

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients

  • Develop customized proposals and technical documentation to support the sales process

  • Collaborate with development and implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions

  • Provide input on RFPs and respond to technical queries from potential clients

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js and MongoDB, with experience in AI or speech-to-text technologies being a plus

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Proven track record of working with sales teams to win deals and drive client adoption

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet client needs
